For companies in the free market with an annual consumption of 100 to 10,000 MWh for whom an energy price fixed early on is important.

Energy Relax covers your entire electricity requirements with a single energy price. You choose when to buy. Grid usage and other price components are to be distinguished from this.

Your consumption counts

Electricity consumption that remains as consistent as possible makes planning easier. For net consumption below 2,000 MWh, we assume the risks arising from volume deviations. For more than 2,000 MWh, a tolerance band of a maximum of 10% applies.

Costs or revenues outside the agreed band are charged or credited monthly. You must report any foreseeable changes in your consumption, such as due to a PV system.

Choose renewable energy

With Energy Relax Renewable, you choose electricity from renewable energy sources.

The option supplements the one-off procurement with the desired electricity origin.

Energy Relax Renewable

You receive electricity from 100 percent renewable energy sources from Europe, including Switzerland. The mix may include hydro, wind and solar energy.

Price and terms

Energy price and separate grid costs

Your consumption profile and the time of procurement also influence pricing.

Your energy price is based on your individual consumption profile and Swiss forward market prices.

Surcharges take into account volume deviations and balancing energy, among other things.

An administration and processing fee is added.

Your local grid operator charges the grid usage fee.

A PV system changes the amount and timing of your grid consumption. A fixed energy price does not mean that all components of your electricity bill remain unchanged.

Energy Relax is an offer for companies in the open market. Clarify your market access and the required load profile metering in advance. Once the contract has been concluded, we take care of the supplier switch and support the transition from basic supply.

Above 2,000 MWh, costs or revenues outside the agreed tolerance band are passed on. Foreseeable changes, such as those due to a PV system, must be reported. Clarify your conditions before concluding the contract.

Yes. You can request and conclude an energy offer for multiple locations together.

With a valid Energy Relax contract, you can view market information, contract documents, invoices and your energy consumption in the customer portal. You can also sign up for additional contract years there.
